AI features pause; nothing is charged automatically. You can buy a prepaid top-up pack (credits never expire) or wait for your monthly allowance to reset. Manual entry is always free and has no limits.

Yes for most teams: instructions, assembly photos, and documents are typically small. Video and 3D model uploads (Pro and above) use more. If you need more room, contact us about a Custom plan.

Yes. Dashboard and Widget both include a 7-day trial. You add a card at checkout, but you are not charged until the trial ends.

Yes. Widget-only plans can configure shop settings and manage widget quote requests. The Dashboard is needed for unlimited internal quoting and deeper quote management.

Design-for-Manufacturability analysis: Quote reviews the uploaded part and flags features that are expensive or hard to machine (thin walls, deep pockets, tight tolerances) with suggested fixes. It is an optional add-on for +$30/month on either plan.

Each Quote plan includes 1 user; extra users are $10/user/month on Dashboard. If several estimators work in parallel, add seats from billing.

Extra customer quotes are $1 each: your widget keeps running, and you only pay for the overage you actually use.

Your first annual invoice is 11 months of the monthly rate (1 month free). Renewals bill the full 12 months. You can switch between monthly and annual from billing.asytra.com.

No. Trace runs on AI credits for content generation. Quote runs on customer quote volume. The two meters never overlap.

All plan changes, add-ons, invoices, and cancellation live in billing.asytra.com. Data is preserved when switching plans; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
