Our story
We started on the factory floor
Asytra did not begin as a software company. It began in a working factory.
Our team has spent years running contract manufacturing operations, CNC machining, injection moulding, and product assembly, to standards like ISO 9001 and IPC-A-610 Class 3. We lived the daily frustrations firsthand: paper work instructions that go out of date, quality records scattered across binders, and quotes that take an hour each to prepare.
So we built tools to fix our own problems. They worked. And we realised other manufacturers were struggling with exactly the same things. Asytra is those tools, refined into products any factory can use.
What we do
Software for the factory floor
Most factories still rely on paper instructions, manual spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge for critical processes: assembly, inspection, and quoting. These methods work, but they are slow, inconsistent, and hard to scale.
Asytra builds software that does these processes better.
Each tool is designed to be simple enough that a production team can start using it within a day, without an IT project or a consultant.
How we work
One thing done well beats everything done poorly
We build from the workflow backwards. The design starts with a simple question, what does the operator, quality inspector, or cost estimator actually need to do, and works back to the software. Not the other way around.
This makes our tools narrower in scope but deeper in usefulness than generic platforms. A machine operator should not need training to follow a work instruction. A quality engineer should not fight the software to record a measurement. We would rather do one thing well than do everything poorly.
Because we come from manufacturing ourselves, we know the difference between software that looks good in a demo and software that survives a real production shift. We build for the second kind.
